In such cases, contact our support team within 3 days of purchase via [support@forexcryptotraining.com] with your Order ID and a description of the issue. We will verify and resolve it promptly—either by re-sending the correct file or offering technical assistance.

Refunds are not available for customer error, such as purchasing the wrong product or having incompatible systems.
